PUBLIC NOTICE

Pursuant to the authority of Sections 94 and 124(3) of the Community Charter, the City of Cranbrook intends to amend the “City of Cranbrook Council Procedure Bylaw No. 3786, 2014” by adding provisions for electronic meetings pursuant to sections 128 of the Community Charter. There are no other proposed changes to the bylaw.

The proposed amendments to the Council Procedure Bylaw will be considered for three readings by Council at its Regular meeting on April 27, 2020 and adoption on May 11, 2020.
